Russian Cucumber Salad with Salted Hearing (Salat iz ogurtcov s selediu)

2 cucamber
1 fillet of salted hearing,
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons canola oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon grated horseradish
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cut the cucumber lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Cut boned fish and eggs into small pieces. Place all ingredients in a deep bowl and mix with the dressing prepared with oil, horseradish and lemon juice, shower with the chopped dill.

I love your website! I am new to russian cuisine but after seeing this particular manti on flickr, I’ve been searching for a recipe with that same exact shape. I’ve found other manti recipes, namely the smaller turkish ones which I will also try, but it is this larger shape which I find so interesting. Is there a reason to fold it in this way? Someone once described as having the figure “8″ on top. I’ll share your link and let you know when I have the opportunity to make the manti. Thank you!
